New Year, New Wins: Four XSELL Milestones from 2024

As team XSELL gears up to hit the ground running in 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on some of our top highlights from 2024. This blog looks back on four XSELL milestones from the year:

Win #1: Earning HITRUST and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Certifications

AI’s rapid (and sometimes controversial) rise to the spotlight has sparked a global debate over how this technology should be regulated, making trust and transparency more critical than ever. That’s why we’re proud to have earned both HITRUST i1 and ISO 27001 certifications in 2024. These globally recognized security standards show we’re not just talking about responsible AI — we’re walking the walk. From managing risk to protecting data, our certifications are a commitment to keeping security and privacy at the core of everything we do. 

Win #2: Enhancing our Agent Experience Tool’s UI

Guided by customer feedback and market trends, in 2024 we prioritized making our Agent Experience tool even more intuitive for call center agents to use. Key updates included:

• Auto Summarization: XSELL introduced post-call Auto Summarization to our Agent Experience tool to further transform the efficiency of call center operations. The feature automatically generates accurate and detailed call summaries, reducing agents’ after-call work (ACW) time and the need for manual note taking, so they can focus on positively engaging with customers.
• Call Summary & Notes UI: We also revamped the UI for our Agent Experience tool’s summarization and note taking so agents can more quickly access comprehensive call summaries and notes for a more seamless workflow.
• New Action Bar: We added a toolbar for instant access to in-app tools and improved navigation with next/back controls and auto-scroll. Translation: Agents can now focus less on the clicks and more on the calls.
  

Win #3: Making Crain’s Chicago Business 2024 Fast 50 List 

Last year, XSELL was honored to be recognized as one of Chicago's fastest-growing companies for 2024 by Crain’s Chicago Business. The 2024 winners generated nearly $20 billion in 2023 revenue and employed over 11,000 local workers, proving that growth and impact go hand in hand. For us, this honor isn’t just about numbers — it’s also about keeping our vibrant, results-driven culture strong as we continue to scale.

Win #4: Sponsoring and Speaking at Medicarians 2024

In March, XSELL was proud to be a corporate sponsor and exhibitor at the Medicarians 2024 senior health and wealth conference in Las Vegas. This annual event brings together over 4,000 professionals from across the senior health, wealth, and agetech ecosystem to network and learn (and have a little bit of fun).  

At the conference, XSELL’s CEO and co-founder joined an onstage panel of industry and tech leaders to discuss the state of AI in healthcare and ways brokers are using technology to help agents to deliver better member enrollment and engagement. Reflecting on our year, this conference provided a unique opportunity to showcase our solutions, build valuable partnerships and learn from major carriers, health plans, and regulators about the forces shaping this industry.
